Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with clients to understand their floral needs, preferences, and event themes. * Design and create a wide range of floral arrangements, including bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and centerpieces. * Select the highest quality flowers, foliage, and accessories to ensure the freshness and beauty of each arrangement. * Utilize various floral design techniques, such as wiring, taping, and arranging, to achieve desired looks and styles. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including flower preparation, storage, and disposal. * Coordinate with vendors, event planners, and venue staff to ensure timely delivery and setup of floral arrangements. * Stay updated on the latest floral trends, techniques, and flower availability to inspire new design ideas. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Floral Designer, preferably in a high-end floral design studio or event planning company. * Proficiency in floral design techniques, including color theory, texture, balance, and proportion. * Strong artistic vision and creativity, with an ability to interpret clients' preferences and event themes. * Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. * Detail-oriented with a passion for perfection, ensuring every arrangement meets our quality standards. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. * Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by event schedules. Education: Degree or certification in floral design, horticulture, or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
